Shipping and return policies for Quasamodo

Return Policy
If your CD album would arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect (e.g. related to scratch marks on CD), please read the instructions below. Upon your ‘damage report’ we will investigate the issue and revert back to you as soon as possible.

1. Contact customercare@quasamodo.com within 14 days of receipt of your order. We will not be liable for defects on CDs reported later than the given duration.

2. Take pictures of the defected parts (e.g. packaging, scratch etc) from different angles. Then send your report including the pictures by e-mail to customercare@quasamodo.com and include your full name, order number, and the page numbers of the defected areas.

3. It is your responsibility to report an issue with your order. If we can fix the issue, we will. We reserve the right to refuse discounts, refunds, and/or reimburse an order that can be fixed or on customer generated errors.
